The delivery period consists of two periods:
1) Processing time:
Within 1-4 business days of placing your order, it will be viewed, approved and packaged. Your package will then be prepared for transport.
2) Delivery time:
Once the package has been picked up by our transport company, it will be sent to:
United States: 5-15 business days*
Denmark: 4-15 business days*
Germany: 3-15 working days*
Netherlands: 5-15 business days*
Rest Of The World: 7-15 bussiness days*
*All shipping times exclude customs delays. Delays may occur during peak seasons such as Covid, Christmas or Black Friday.
We use DHL express 95% of the time. We also ship with fedex depending on logistics.

No! Freaky shoes are stylish. They give maximum flexibility while protecting your foot from the elements. If you have been recommended an orthopedic shoe, you should seek a specialist’s advice.
All the transactions Debit/ Credit Card on our website are absolutely secure with the advanced security technology of Stripe payment provider and SSL. Your transaction is processed on our website through secure gateways that are handled by reputed banks. We also offer IDEAL, SOFORT and other several payment methods.
Any returns or issues arising from an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
If you wishes to exchange or return a product without a defect or because the wrong size was ordered, this is at your expense by placing a new order.
Once the item is returned to our facility, a member of our team will be in touch with you. We will ship the returned item back to you, however you will have to pay the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks.
The return address is set by default to the Freakysoles facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Freakysoles facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
Each pair of our shoes is hand-crafted and made according to european standarts. They are Made on request and realized according to your passions, personality, and taste. You can find inspiration from our existing designs or create your own.
